How DK Racing School collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated October 2026. DK Racing School ("we," "us") operates dkracingschool.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you contact us, request a gift certificate, or register for a program, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, vehicle information and any message you send. When you register or pay for an event, that is handled by our registration and payment providers, who collect the information needed to process your booking.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and provide the programs you request
To confirm registrations, bookings and gift certificates
To send you information about dates, programs and events, where you've asked to hear from us
To improve our website and services

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — for example our event registration platform (TrackRabbit), payment processor, and the tools we use to manage our website and communications — and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and standard analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
